Our Story
Felix Huang and Jesse Jin met in Math 302 – Probability at the University of British Columbia. From tackling tough equations to dreaming big beyond the classroom, their bond grew through a shared drive to build something meaningful.
After graduation, both entered a job market that was anything but fair. Felix had just completed his Master's in Business Analytics at UCLA and was facing the harsh realities of the U.S. job hunt—visa lotteries, sponsorship stress, and endless applications. Jesse was pivoting from math to tech in Canada, battling rejection after rejection without clear feedback or direction.
Between them, they sent out over 1,000 applications. One night, after another long call dissecting job boards and interview failures, they asked:
"Why isn't there a tool that actually helps you win—not just apply?"
That night, EzCareer.AI was born.
