How do I upload my resume?
Go to your Profile page and click the 'Manage' button in the Resumes section. Then click 'Add New Resume' and select your PDF, DOC, or DOCX file.
How does the job application automation work?
Our browser extension automatically detects job postings on supported websites. When you click on a job, it extracts the job details and can help you apply with your saved resume and cover letter.
Which job websites are supported?
We currently support major job boards including LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and many others. We're constantly adding support for new websites.
How do I set a default resume?
In your Profile page, go to the Resumes section, click 'Manage', and then click 'Set as Default' next to your preferred resume.
Is my data secure?
Yes, we take data security seriously. All your personal information and resumes are encrypted and stored securely. We never share your data with third parties without your consent.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription in the Settings page. Click on the EzCareer Pro section to view and modify your subscription options.
Can I use EzCareer on mobile?
Currently, EzCareer is optimized for desktop browsers with our Chrome extension. Mobile support is planned for future releases.
How do I update my personal information?
Go to your Profile page where you can edit your personal information, work experience, education, skills, and certificates.
